Hall Group Plans $140M Office Tower in Frisco as Jackson-Shaw Lands Data Center Supplier
Two major Texas developments announced Monday underscore the state's continued appeal for corporate office expansion and the growing industrial demand driven by the data center supply chain.
Hall Group's $140M Frisco Tower
Hall Group is constructing a 10-story, 677,278-square-foot office tower at Hall Park in Frisco, with a total investment estimated at approximately $140 million. Completion is targeted for February 2028.
The project, designated Hall Park C5 at 2801 Network Boulevard, will include over 206,000 square feet of office space across 10 floors and an eight-story parking garage with 1,345 spaces.
Hall Park is a 162-acre mixed-use campus that founder Craig Hall began assembling in 1989. The district now encompasses approximately $7 billion in total investment, includes 15 office buildings, and is home to more than 200 companies. It sits directly south of The Star, the Dallas Cowboys' headquarters and practice facility.
The new tower continues a multi-year expansion that is adding 9.5 million square feet to the campus, transforming it from a traditional suburban office park into a mixed-use destination.
Jackson-Shaw Signs 606K-SF Data Center Build-to-Suit
In Central Texas, Jackson-Shaw signed Baer Manufacturing to a 606,000-square-foot build-to-suit at the CrossPoint Business District in Georgetown, north of Austin.
Baer Manufacturing will use the facility to produce prefabricated electrical products for data center infrastructure — a direct link to the explosive growth in data center construction nationwide. Construction is scheduled to begin March 2026 with completion expected in Q2 2027.
Texas Industrial Pipeline
The two deals reflect the bifurcating nature of Texas CRE development. Corporate office construction continues to concentrate in high-amenity suburban nodes like Frisco, while the industrial sector is increasingly shaped by data center demand — from the massive hyperscale campuses themselves to the manufacturing supply chain that feeds them.
The Georgetown facility is part of a broader trend of data center suppliers locating production near major construction markets. Texas now ranks among the top three states for data center development alongside Virginia and Arizona.
