FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Eligible CREBuilder sale listings and land lease listings can be opted into LandSearch syndication at no added cost, without re-entering property data.
PHOENIX, Ariz., August 17, 2026 — CREBuilder, the all-in-one commercial real estate marketing and deal platform for brokers and small teams, today announced a listing syndication integration with LandSearch, a nationwide land and lifestyle real estate marketplace.
The integration lets brokers opt eligible listings into automatic distribution from the same CREBuilder workflow they use to build marketing materials and public property pages. Property details, pricing, photography, acreage, parcel information, and broker contact data remain connected to the listing source in CREBuilder, reducing the need to upload and maintain the same property in a separate system.
“Our brokers spend real hours getting a property packaged correctly, and then the reward for that work is re-typing all of it somewhere else to get in front of buyers. That never made sense to us,” said Sam Losek, founder of CREBuilder. “If the listing is already built here, it should be able to go where the buyers are without the broker doing the job twice.”
Syndication is opt-in. A broker first publishes the property to the broker's public CREBuilder Listing Hub, then enables the separate Sync control for that listing. CREBuilder makes the listing available to every current network for which it is eligible, while off-market and confidential assignments remain undistributed unless the broker takes those steps. No separate LandSearch account setup is required.
For LandSearch, current eligibility covers CREBuilder sale listings and land lease listings that satisfy the platform's public-listing and property-completeness requirements. Changes made to the source listing continue through the automated feed, and turning Sync off withdraws the listing after the destination's next refresh.
“LandSearch works hard to bring together all land for sale and lease, commercial included. Partnering with CREBuilder means more brokers can automatically syndicate their listings to a broad, active audience at no cost,” said Michael Leigeber, founder of LandSearch.
LandSearch's land-specific search tools help buyers and lessees discover and evaluate agricultural, commercial, recreational, and residential properties across millions of acres nationwide. The integration gives CREBuilder brokers another distribution path while keeping listing control in one property-centered workflow.
The LandSearch connection is available now through CREBuilder's Listing Hub for eligible listings. Brokers can read the CREBuilder announcement, learn more at CREBuilder.com, and explore LandSearch.
