WS Development has acquired Tice's Corner in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, for $109.5 million, according to an October 30 ConnectCRE report. The seller was WS Tice's Inc.

The 120,000-square-foot shopping center has 28 stores and restaurants, Real Estate NJ reported. Its tenant mix includes Apple, Anthropologie, Free People and J.Crew. Apple's current store listing confirms its location at 441 Chestnut Ridge Road.

The buyer plans to introduce additional brands and local businesses across retail, beauty, wellness and dining, according to Real Estate NJ's account of the company's plans. Proposed enhancements also include art, events and outdoor gathering spaces. Those plans describe the next stage of ownership; they are not completed improvements.

Cushman & Wakefield's Joanna R. Manfro represented WS Development, while David Waldman of David Adam Realty advised the seller, ConnectCRE reported. The reports did not specify the acquisition's financing terms or a timetable for the planned enhancements.
